Loving the Farm's very own animal caretaker Shealee Swisher will be sharing her experiences, recommendations, and knowledge so that you can feel confident in starting right with your goats health and management practices. Her goal is not only to provide you with head knowledge, but also hands on experience. During this 6-week course, the topics Shealee will be covering include:
April 21: Basic Goat Care
April 28: Health Basics- presented by Shealee & Lisa LaRose
May 5th: Parasites- presented by Dr. Teresa
May 12th: Breeding Goats
May 19th: Prepping for Show
May 26th: Milking & Marketing
** A portion of this events profits will be going towards Shealee's upcoming mission trip to Brazil in June through Amazon Hope as well as her trip to Asia with Nehemiah Teams from August 2023 - July 2024 **
